East Hull leapfrogged Leigh Miners Rangers to go top of the NCL Premier League, as they beat West Bowling, 34-18.

Miners were beaten 30-12 at West Hull, but are still 4 points clear of local rivals Leigh East, who beat fellow title-challengers Skirlaugh, 26-12.

Wigan St. Patricks were beaten in the last minute by Thornhill Trojans, who are still in the relegation zone, whilst Rochdale Mayfield, Siddal and Oulton Raiders beat Castleford Panthers, Eastmoor Dragons and Hull Dockers respectively.

In Division One Wigan St. Judes and Bradford Dudley Hill are still neck and neck, whilst Division Two teams were involved in the Preliminary Round of the BARLA National Cup.
