Wigan St. Patricks sneaked a point clear of their rivals at the top of the NCL Premier League with a 27-16 win over Oulton Raiders.
Pats scored two tries in the final five minutes to take the points against the Raiders, with Ian Schofield kicking 5 goals and a drop goal.
East Hull sneaked into second place with a 34-6 away victory over the Castleford Panthers, whilst Skirlaugh and Leigh East, who were joint top with Pats last week, both suffered home defeats - to Leigh Miners and Thornhill Trojans resepctively.
There were two relegation four-pointers over the weekend with Mayfield and West Hull taking the spoils against Siddal (34-24) and Eastmoor Dragons (28-12) respectively.
In the weekends other game Hull Dockers moved into the top six with a 22-16 victory over West Bowling.
In Division One Dudley Hill stay top despite a 29-18 defeat to Wath Brow Hornets. And in Division Two Normanton Knights remain a point clear of Millom, although they have played a game more. This Saturday, however, the two play each other in Cumbria.
