East Hull edged out Wigan St. Pats by a point (15-16) to stay top of the NCL Premier League.
A try by Scott Yeaman converted by Gary Blanchard ten minutes from time saw Easts beat Pats by a single point, and conserve their 1 point lead at the top of the Premier Division.Skirlaugh and Leigh Miners both also won to keep up the pressure on Easts, whilst Leigh East and Pats are two more points behind.In another game decided by a single point Siddal made the long trip to Humberside and beat the Hull Dockers with a Lee Gudor drop goal two minutes from time.And West Hull continued their winning streak by equalising West Bowlings early score on the stroke of half-time and going on to win 48-16.Dudley Hill stay top in Division One despite losing 24-20 to Saddleworth Rangers, whilst top team Normanton Knights thumped bottom team Crosfields 90-4 in Division Two.
